Why did I receive a door card?
If you received a card on your door that means one of our process servers is attempting to deliver legal documents to you. Please fill out the form above and the process server who left you the door card will contact you personally.
Can you be discreet?
Yes! All of our servers usually wear plain clothes and we all drive unmarked vehicles so that we don't draw unwanted attention. With that said if you would like us to deliver discreetly just ask your server and they will work with you. We understand this can be embarrassing and have no intentions of making a scene or causing a problem for you.
Am I going to be arrested?
NO! We only deliver Civil legal documents. Such as debt collection lawsuits, divorce cases, child support, court subpoenas, notice of hearing, and many other civil matters. We do not have the authority or desire to take you to jail.
Can you serve on Sunday?
No we can not serve on Sundays due to state law.
Who is filing a civil matter against me?
We deliver documents after they have been filed with the court. We do not work for any specific company, agency, or attorney. We are merely messengers. All specific questions about the documents can be answered by reading them once they are delivered.
Do I need to sign for the documents?
In most cases signatures are not required. We are only required to deliver them directly to the person named.
